By creating an account, purchasing a template, or otherwise using the Schedy platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.

3. User Content and Conduct
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the photos, text, event details, and other materials you upload to your event websites ("User Content"). By uploading User Content to Schedy, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you and your guests.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful computer code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the integrity of the platform.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Certain features of Schedy, including premium templates and custom domains, require payment. All fees are stated in the local currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Billing: By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
- Renewals: If you purchase a subscription (e.g., domain hosting), it will automatically renew until you cancel it.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property
The Schedy platform, including its original code, templates, design elements, and logos, are the exclusive property of Schedy Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates strictly for creating your personal or corporate event websites.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Changes to Terms
